MINCED PORK ROLL

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 8

1/2kg Minced Pork (or Lamb or Beef)
1 Chopped Red Onion
3 tbsp Chopped Parsley
3 tbsp Spring Onion
100gm Sliced Ham
100gm Sliced Cheddar Cheese
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)

1. In a large bowl, mix the minced beef with Salt, Pepper, Onion, parsley and spring onion and set aside.
2. Put the seasoned meat on top of a baking paper and roll out the meat to 1cm thickness.
3. Layer the meat with ham and cheese over. Roll the meat with the help of baking paper into a large cylindrical form.
4. Remove the paper and place the beef roll into a casserole dish and bake in preheated oven of 200°C under Convection function for 30 min. Alternatively, cook in Microwave Oven under Combi (P2: Microwave + Forced Air) at 350W and 200°C for 25 min. (No preheat required for this function.) (Use low rack)
